Heng Nguan Hiang, Ban Phai have been producing Chinese sausage for 40 years. First it sold at the morning market. With its unique quality and deliciousness, the production has turned to a factory with GMP standard. Now, its Chinese sausage comes in beautiful packs and can be stored longer without refrigerating.
Manufacturing Procedures
1. Select pork to grind and mix it with seasoning.

2. Put it in casing. Twist it into segments. And roast it with charcoal for 2 days.

3. Cut into segments and pack with a vacuum sealer for sale.
Product Strengths
No color additives, MSG, flour, preservatives and fat. Good smell. Store in normal temperature.
