Background
In the past, people would make distilled liquor to drink in ceremonies such as wedding ceremonies or funerals. Later, the manufacturer asked for permission to produce distiledl liquor to the government agencies and has begun producing it for sale with the brand “Eagle”.
Manufacturing Procedures
1. Grind ingredients such as galangal, garlic, pepper, and licrorice. 2. Mix the ground spices above with sticky rice. Roll sticky rice into balls. 3. Sun dry sticky rice balls.4. Grind the dried sticky rice balls.5. Mix ground sticky rice balls with steamed sticky rice. Add water. Leave them for 4 days.6. Distill the liquor by boiling the fermented sticky rice.
