Bananas are grown widely in the village. The group has come up with the idea to make the processed banana able to be kept all year long. The group adapted the banana preserving process, combining local methods and machines to offer quality sugar-boiled banana to the customer.

Grind bananas. Mix ground banana, coconut milk, sugar and rice flour thickener together. Boil them down.
