Background
Ducks are widely raised in the village. The group had a site visit at Lop Buri. When the group came back, it began producing salted eggs.
Manufacturing Procedures
Wash eggs. Mix white clay, water, salt and husks. Apply the mixture all over the eggs. Put the eggs in a firmly-covered container. After 20 days, wash the eggs. Boil or fry the salted eggs.
