Procedures |
- Wash Sai Mai fish. Dry it under the sun. Fry it in new cooking oil.
- Wash sesame and dry it under the sun.
- Roast soy beans and grind them.
- Prepare Miang sauce. Blend ginger, lemon juice, red onions, and powdered chili. Boil the mixture. |
