Ban Khao Bai Sri is a long-established community. Most of its residents grow fruit trees such as durian, rambutan and mangosteens. Due to the excess supply of durian, the community has been produced fried durian which has become popular with consumers.
Manufacturing procedures
Slice Mon Thong Durian. Fry it in the boiling oil until it becomes yellow. Put it on the blotting paper. And dry it in the oven for 9 hours.
