The sesame-mixed fish is made from organically grown sesame in Northern Thailand and selected quality fish from Phuket. This holistic product is rich in calcium from sesame and fish and no seasonings are added. The sesame-mixed fish can be added to your dishes such as salad.
Manufacturing procedures
- Select and wash organically grown sesame and fish. Then, roast them until they smell pleasant and are crispy. Add leech lime leaves and lemon grass to remove the stench of fish.
