Due to the deforestation, the soils in Ban Nong Nok Karian were deteriorated. To create jobs in the community, Sonta Club (Bangkok) sent the villagers in Ban Nong Nok Karian to be trained on raising dairy cows. The cooperative was set up. At pesent, the production capacity is at 3 tons a day and expected to increase to 5 tons a day in the future.
Manufacturing procedures
1. Select quality raw milk. Reduce the temperature of the milk to control microbes.2. Add flavors to milk3. Pasteurization and homogenization4. Sterilized packaging5. Store milk in a chilling room.
Product strengths
The cooperative uses raw material in Ratchaburi, creating jobs and income to people in the communiyt. It continues the production throughtout the year with standard quality
