The original family business of the manufacturer was trading rubies and gemstones. In 1997, the manufacture began to make jewelry, adding value to the gemstones. But the design and technique was not very good. From 2002 – 2003, the manufacture improved the design and technique and increased the distribution channel via trade shows both in Thailand and foreign countries. Gemologists procure raw material based on the customers’ needs.
Manufacturing procedures
1. Design.2. Select raw material.3. Make jewelry.4. Quality Control (Arrangement of the gemstones, the length ordered by a customer, and the appropriate position of raw material)5. Prepare a hook for the jewelry. 6. Provide a product label with physical and other details such as medicinal properties and zodiac jewelry. Prepare the gem identification report according to the customers’ orders. 7. Pack the jewelry in a package chose by customers.
