Hat La cashew nut processing group was set up in 2001, transforming from the village-level group due to a lot of demands for crispy cashew nuts. The group has been developing new cashew nut products such as Ovaltine-coated cashew nut, sun-dried cashew nuts, coffee-coated cashew nuts, etc.
Manufacturing procedures
Sun dry cashew nuts. Put them in water for 2-3 days. Then, bake them in solar-cell fuelled ovens.
Product strengths
The group’s cashew nuts are crispy, sweet, hygienically clean and chemical-free.
