Product story
The group would like to conserve the native kind of rambutan found in southern provinces of Thailand. At present, people tends to like the new kind of rambutans, resulting in less number of native rambutan tree growers. In addition, with dried rambutans, the group can inrease the value of the native rambutan, bringing about more income for the growers.
Manufacturing procedures
Select and wash quality rambutans. Peel them and steep in syrup for 4 days. Then, bake rambutans and remove their seeds.
Product strengths
The group uses a native kind of rambutans that can be found only in southern provinces of Thailand. Therefore, the dried rambutans are unique products listed in top ten Thai products that do not have competitors in the market.

120 tons/day for fresh rambutans and 12 tons/day for dried rambutans
