Manufacturing procedures
1. Grind fish and mix with soy bean protein.
2. Add salt, vegetable oil, flour, and sugar.
3. Blend the ingredients.
4. Put the mixed fish in an oven.
5. Fry the fish tofu.
6. Leave it to cool down. And put it in a refrigerator.

It is rich in protein from vegetables and meats and tastes delicious.
