The Sender Group was set up to create jobs in the rural areas. In 2001, the group produced Thai rolled wafer and then instant beverage. The group’s product was selected as OTOP 4-star in 2003 and OTOP 5-star in 2004.
Manufacturing procedures
Use unpolished rice that is organically grown. Grind rice grains and boil them. Dry them with the drying machine. Mix seasonings (salt, sugar, turnip, and gourd) with instant rice porridge.
Product strengths
The instant rice porridge is easy to easy to eat – just fill water. There are no chemical contaminations.
