Many bamboos are naturally grown in Klan Daet. People in the village make bamboo woven utensil such as baskets for household use. Trained by a government agency on wickerwork and visiting successful wickerwork groups, the villagers formed a group and have begun producing bamboo woven work with marketing support from government agencies.
Manufacturing procedures
Prepare slender branches of bamboo. Shape them into appropriate size. Then, interlace these bamboo slender branches. Decorate a piece of bamboo woven work with wood and fasten with wicker. Sundry it.
