“Ban Phonlamai” produces dried vegetables and fruits in attempt to develop products from raw materials in Chiang Rai and nearby provinces. It aims to make quality and tasty products that are safe for consumers and easy to eat. “Ban Phonlamai” put the highest priority to quality so no additives are used.
Manufacturing procedures
Select quality fruits and wash them before slicing. Then, they may be boiled for a while. And sugar may be added to adjust the sweetness of the fruits. Put the fruits in the hot wind oven.
Product strengths
It is made of 100% fruit without color or flavor additives. No sugar is added if not necessary. However, only little sugar will be added in order to maintain the quality, taste and texture of the fruit.
