Manufacturing procedures
1. Buy pork from Khon Kaen Municipality slaughterhouse.
2. Select the red pork and mix it with hog fat
3. Grind pork and mix with seasoning
4. Put mixed pork in casing5. Dry and seal with vacuum sealer. Pack in cartons for sale.
