Women’s Chili Paste Manufacturing Group was established on August 11, 1997. It is part of the Savings Group For Tha Mi Production. It aims to create income and reduce expenses to group members. The group produces more than 30 kinds of chili paste.
Manufacturing procedures
Mix dried chili, galangal, lemon grass, onions, garlic, fish sauce, leech limes, shrimp paste, and spices. Grind them all. Do packaging (100 grams/pack) with a vacuum sealer.
Product strengths
Curry chili paste can be stored for about 8-12 months. It has pleasant color and is recognized by the Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Public Health and granted Halal.
