The women’s dried Thai vermicelli group was set up in 2001. Mrs. Saengdao Soda, after graduating in Bangkok, turned back to home town. She designed the vermicelli making machine and oven. The group’s Thai vermicelli is sold to the general public and Kasetsart University.
Manufacturing procedures
Prepare flour. Use the string making machine to produce Thai vermicelli. Then, dry Thai vermicelli in an oven.
