Sterculia is a wild plant commonly found in Chanthaburi, Trad, Ubon Ratchathani and southern provinces. However, it is found most in Chanthaburi. In the past, sterculia was eaten as supper for courtiers. It also has herbs with therapeutic properties.
Manufacturing procedures
Soak sterculia seeds in water. Then, remove the skin and fiber from its flesh. Boil sterculia juice and add sugar.
