Ban Phak Waen villagers have been growing peanuts as their sideline. Later, they grow a new kind of peanuts with support from the government agencies. The women’s agriculture group processes these peanuts into a variety of products. Then, the group adds herbs such as ginger, galangal, lemon grass and leech lime leaves in their crispy peanuts, offering a different product to customers.
