Manufacturing procedures
1. Wash and steam soybeans.
2. Mix them with flour and yeast.
3. Soak the fermented soybeans in salted water. And boil them.
Product strengths
Delicious soy sauce with pleasant smell, recognized by the Food and Drug Administration, Ministry of Public Health.
