The villagers have been producing fish sauce for household use. Because of the abundant resources, the group was set up to produce high quality fish sauce. The group’s fish sauce was recognized as OTOP 5-star product in 2004.
Manufacturing procedures
1. Wash fish. 2. Ferment fish with salt for 12 months. 3. Boil fish sauce and add sugar, pineapples and sugar canes. 4. Filter fish sauce.
Product strengths
The group’s fish sauce is clean and smells good. It is delicious without preservatives added.
