As there are a lot of local bananas, the Development Female Volunteer Group have been processed bananas, first for giving out to relatives, then for sale. This creates income to the group members.
Manufacturing procedures
Peel and wash Nam Wa bananas. Cut bananas in round shape. Mix them with butter, salt, and vegetable oil. Soak them for 1 night. Then, fry the bananas, dip in syrup and fry again.

Dried bananas are crispy, clean and delicious. They come in 2 flavors: salty and sweet.
