Manufacturing procedures
Get the bones out of gourami fish. Fry it. Then, prepare other ingredients including dried chili, onion, and garlic. Mix gourami fish and the ingredients together and grind them all. Then, add tamarind paste, salt, sugar. And grind them all again.
