Background |
Due to the deforestation, the soils in Ban Nong Nok Karian were deteriorated. To create jobs in the community, Sonta Club (Bangkok) sent the villagers in Ban Nong Nok Karian to be trained on raising dairy cows. The cooperative was set up. At pesent, the production capacity is at 3 tons a day and expected to increase to 5 tons a day in the future. |
