At first, the manufacturer made Chinese sausage for household consumption in fear of preservative-added Chinese sausage sold in the market. Many liked this home-made sausage so the manufacturer has made it for sale.
Manufacturing Procedures
1. Prepare pork and grind them. 2. Grind galangal, lemon grass, leech lime leaves and dried chili together. 3. Mix ground pork, ground herbs, sugar and salt together. 4. Put the mixture in casings. And bake the sausage.
