Background
Zalacca is widely grown in Ban Samet, Khamong. However, the prices of zalacca went down. Agriculture officers trained the villagers to process zalacca for sale.
Manufacturing Procedures
1. Wash zalacca and peel it.
2. Liquidize them to remove seeds.
3. Mix zalacca flesh with sugar, salt and powdered chili.
4. Boil them down. And roll them in small balls and mix them with sugar.
