Procedures |
1. Pick tamarind seeds out. 2. Boil shrimps for a while.3. Mix tamarind, boiled shrimps, chili, onion, and garlic. And grind all the ingredients. 4. Fry the ground ingredients. Add fish sauce, sugar and salt. 5. When it is done, leave the chili paste cool down. Put it in jars. |
